Error 120541: Shipment/ReferenceNumber is not allowed for this shipment
In this case, you should check if you have Use order number as reference enabled. If the checkbox is ticked, uncheck it and save the changes.
Please bear in mind that this API error occurs for some of the combinations of origins and destinations. In case of further concerns, you can contact directly with UPS support.
