The XML validation message shown below comes from Legacy API. REST API errors can use different wording, but the shipment still needs a valid Canadian origin postal code.
Check the address actually used to calculate rates. The plugin normally uses WooCommerce → Settings → General → Store Address. If Custom Origin is enabled in the global Canada Post settings, check that address instead. In PRO, an origin set for the individual shipping method takes priority over the global origin.
