Add a rule based on Sum of the cart and set:
- Min: 100
- Cost per order: 5
Results
When customer’s order exceeds $100:
- up to 0,99 kg: $15
- from 1 to 3,99 kg: $16
- from 4 to 6,99 kg: $17
- from 7 to 10 kg: $18
