UPS – Error A customer account does not exist for this API Key

A customer account does not exist for this API Key.

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Log in to your account at My Account and navigate to the “API Keys” tab.
2. If there’s an activation for your site, remove it by pressing the “Delete” button.
3. Copy the plugin API key from the My Account ⇾ API Keys tab.
4. Re-enter the valid API key in the Key field on your site.

After re-entering a valid API key, the plugin should be activated and ready to update. For more detailed instructions, please refer to our guide on API Key activation here.
