In the PRO version of the Flexible Shipping, it is possible to utilize the Artificial Intelligence to fasten your configuration of shipping rules and therefore save your time.

Talk to an Expert
With the newest update, you should see a new configuration of buttons, at the bottom of the table ruleset:
- Paste JSON from clipboard – allows you to paste the configuration of rules in the table.
- Use ready-made scenarios – allows you to utilize ready-made scenarios, which we have prepared for you.
- Save time with AI – enters a separate AI website in which you can communicate with a tool.
In the update of 4.0.0 related to the PRO version of the Flexible Shipping. We have added an AI assistant to the built-in settings of the shipping method. AI Assistant can be really helpful in:
- creating a configuration of the rules for the provided scenario by user
- changes in the actual configuration of rules (increase costs by 20%)
- verification of the settings of shipping method and fix of potential configurations’ errors
AI Assistant looks as follows:
In the AI Assistant, You can use buttons like “Use this configuration” or “Show JSON” to:
- instantly paste the configuration gained from AI to your table of rules
- show the configuration of the rules in a JSON format (for more advanced users)
It is possible to send the images. For now, you are able to send maximum of 2 images and available formats are JPEG and PNG.
AI Chat
Additionally, in the PRO version of the Flexible Shipping, we have added AI chat in Flexible Shipping Info tab and shipping method settings. Therefore, you can ask for any questions that are focused on Flexible Shipping:
