The error message “Account number must not be empty” suggests that the account number field in your API setup might be blank or not correctly filled. Please double-check that you have entered your DHL account number correctly in the API settings, without any spaces or typos.

If you have verified that the account number is entered correctly and the issue persists, it could be a problem with the API credentials. In this case, please ensure that you have the correct Production Site ID from DHL, as a Test Site ID will not work for live rates (until you have inserted the filter for testing credentials).
