The UPS Labels plugin retrieves the currency automatically from WooCommerce settings. Please follow these steps:
- Check the settings of WooCommerce(WooCommerce > Settings > General) and find if the currency of the shop is properly chosen,
- Furthermore, verify if the code of the currency for the COD shipping method is correctly chosen. You should find it in the settings of the payment plugin.
If the problem still persists after the steps above, you should mark the checkbox of the Debug mode. You will find it in the: WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS Labels and Tracking > Advanced options > Debug mode. In this case, once you try to create the label one more time, the logs will be saved in the file: flexible-shipping-ups-labels_debug.log.
