UPS – Error no shipping methods found/No delivery options available

Please make sure that your UPS shipping method has been added to the shipping zone. You can find more details about addition of method here: Adding the UPS Live Rates / UPS SurePost Live Rates shipping method.

Furthermore, if after creation of the shipping method, there is still an error related to no shipping methods. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help. This error might be related to:

  • Mismatch between the store currency and your UPS account currency.
  • Unavailable services for the specific shipping and delivery addresses.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping credentials.
  • Exceeded maximum weight or dimension limits for the chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping options or services not configured correctly in the plugin settings.
  • Network or API connectivity issues between WooCommerce and UPS.

Please verify these potential issues.
