Root Cause 

• Postcode format doesn’t match the rules for the selected country.
• Country/postcode mismatch (e.g., US ZIP used with Canada selected).

Impact

How to Fix the Issue 

1. Select the correct country/state first.
2. Enter the postcode in the expected national format (e.g., 12345 or 12345-6789 for the US; A1A 1A1 for CA).
3. Adjust your address validation plugins/rules if you customized formats.
