How to create Octolize account?
When you made the purchase, at Octolize, account was automatically created for you once you accepted the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox.
This way, we avoid extra steps like account creation before purchasing, and the account is created automatically and linked to your bought product.
You should have received the login details for your account via email. In this case, we do not support creation of account via gmail or other services.
Changing password of Octolize account
If you want to change your password, whether because you’ve forgotten it or simply for security reasons, just visit https://octolize.com/my-account/lost-password/ and enter your username or the email address associated with your purchase. A reset link will then be sent to that email address, and after clicking it, you’ll be able to set a new password.
