Overview
Shown at Checkout when the chosen gateway isn’t eligible for the order.
Root Cause
- Gateway disabled, misconfigured, or restricted by country/currency/order total.
- Customer changed address/cart so gateway rules no longer apply.
Impact
- Customer can’t complete payment with the selected gateway.
How to Fix the Issue
- Enable at least one gateway under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments.
- Check gateway restrictions (allowed countries, currencies, min/max order amounts).
- Retest with the current cart/address; select an available gateway.
Additional Notes
- Some gateways require HTTPS and valid API credentials.
