Upgrade options
It is possible to do an upgrade when you’ve paid for the initial order with Stripe. Upgrade options can be different for each product.
In most cases, there are two upgrade possibilities for a plugin:
- Specific bundle
- All plugins bundle
You will only pay the missing amount to a higher subscription.
Bundles can’t be upgraded. Bundle is sold as a package of plugins. Depending on which bundle you choose, there are various plugins included. Available bundles are:
- Flexible Shipping Bundle – consists of: Flexible Shipping PRO, Flexible Shipping Import/Export, Multi Vendor Shipping, Flexible Shipping Locations, Shipping Packages, Delivery Date Picker and Distance Based Shipping Rates,
- UPS Live Rates PRO & Labels Bundle – consists of: UPS Live Rates and Access Points PRO and UPS Labels and Tracking,
- Live Rates Bundle – consists of: UPS Live Rates and Access Points PRO, FedEx Live Rates PRO, USPS Live Rates PRO, DHL Express Live Rates PRO, Royal Mail Live Rates PRO, Canada Post Live Rates PRO and Conditional Shipping Methods,
- All Plugins Bundle – consists of all our plugins for WooCommerce,
- Advanced DPD UK Integration Bundle – consists of: DPD UK & DPD Local, Pickup Points PRO, Flexible Printing and Flexible Shipping Locations.
Please note, that regarding licenses, it is not possible to upgrade an existing subscription to cover a larger number of websites. Each subscription is limited to the number of websites specified at the time of purchase. If you require coverage for additional websites, a new subscription must be purchased separately. This ensures that each subscription remains clearly assigned and manageable.
How to upgrade?
Log in to My Account and go to Subscriptions. Click on the Upgrade button, next to the subscription that you want to upgrade.
You’ll see a popup with all the available upgrades with their prices. The quoted cost is a surcharge on the existing subscription and is calculated based on the time to the end of the original subscription.
Select your upgrade and click on Submit button.
Upgrade will be added to your cart. Now you can proceed to the checkout and pay for your upgrade.
After payment, your subscription will change according to the option you selected. The upgrade confirmation will be sent by email, and it will also be available in your account.
