If you are unsatisfied with the plugin you have purchased or have encountered an unresolvable issue which makes it unusable, you are entitled to request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds shall be offered.
In order to proceed with the refund claim procedure an exact reason for the plugin return is required. The refund request procedure can be halted unless the precise justification is provided and further instructions are strictly followed.
The refunds are processed within 7 working days and issued twice a week. In this time we reserve the right to contact you for additional information concerning the claim. Your request will be processed by the 3rd parties (Stripe) and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally may take from 5 up to 10 working days since your request has been approved.

We reserve the right to refuse the refund if the circumstances are obviously abusive, in particular if the refund request concerns the plugin that was returned in the past and then re-purchased, the exact reason for the refund claim was not given, the plugin grants the desired functionality or the support team developed an individual plugin setup concerning a particular shipping scenario as part of the technical support provided within the company’s plugin service.
Please note that no refunds shall be granted on renewals.
You may easily cancel your yearly subscription with just a few clicks at any time before its auto-renewal deadline directly from My Account page.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, it shall expire exactly within a year from the purchase date and you will no longer be able to receive updates nor support for the plugins you have purchased.
We provide our customers with the option to upgrade their currently owned single site subscriptions to “bundle” subscription plan for additional features and functionalities granted by using the included plugins combined. Upgrading single site subscription to a bundle plan translates into a new automatically generated subscription and therefore the previous one is automatically cancelled. By opting to upgrade to a bundle subscription, you acknowledge and agree that the subscription upgrade charge is non-refundable. We encourage you to consider your subscription upgrade before proceeding.
If a Stripe dispute is initiated without prior contact with us to request a refund and as a result, after having submitted the documentary evidence, the dispute is subsequently resolved in our favor, the disputed amount will not be refunded due to the time and effort required to handle the dispute, as well as the potential additional costs associated with Stripe’s commission in the event of losing the dispute.
